What type of services are included in the offer?
Our offer, according to the information in the “Services” section, includes creating a website (Web Design, Web Development), uploading it to a server (Web Hosting), and updating all software components and content, as well as backups (Maintenance & Security).
How long does it take to design a website?
The complete design process can take about 2 months. However, often the initial version of the project, which can be launched already, is ready much sooner.
What happens if I want to update my website?
If you want to make changes to the website, no problem. We can introduce changes even every month as part of the monthly plan (including working hours of our web developers). This means that you don’t have to worry about the information on your website becoming out of date or the graphics obsolete.
Do I need to provide any content like photos or copy?
Of course, any text or graphic elements of the content are very desirable and will significantly speed up our work. However, if you don’t have them, that’s not a problem either. As an additional service, we can prepare all the content (text, graphics, logo, media) for use on your website.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, of course. For example, when you want to launch a LMS or a store on your website, you can upgrade to a proper plan at any time. Downgrading your plan is possible only after the end of the subscription period (i.e. after 24 months).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, it is possible, with one-off payment of all receivables remaining until the end of the concluded contract.
Can I have my own hosting?
Hosting is an integral part of our offer based on the WaaS model. Our hosting is world class, highly appreciated by professional web developers, fully configurable, with very advanced capabilities, and stable and secure. All our projects use this hosting only.
